Accounting Terms and Conditions

1. All customers must complete an Account Application & Certificate of your state or city business license as a resell certificate.

​

2. All shipments are wire or Checks before shipment, shipment date will be 5 weeks with gold in advance and mostly 3 month with below 50% gold deposit

Ordering & Delivery

​

1. You can place orders by email, whats app or http://www.bonitagold.com/

    minium 12pcs or pair per design less than 5grs. and minium 6pcs orpair 5grs to 10grs. 

    more than 15grs can be ordered 3pcs.

    Assoreted 1kg minimum order

2. Please specify the desired shipping option when placing your order.

​

3. Most items will be NO kept in stock. we need to orders only

​

4. In stock item(s) can be canceled the same day as ordered, prior to the shipping cut-off time.

Shipping

​

1. All orders will be charged for shipping and handling in every package.

​

2. Daily Shipping cut-off will be 4:00 pm Pacific Time.

​

3. All items will ship via Federal Express or UPS on demestic shipping. You can choose any option from next day service to Ground service. If no shipping option is chosen it will be shipped 2nd day air by default. Package will be insured for security purposes.

4. Shipping cost is non-refundable for any circumstances.

​

5. All unclaimed, undeliverable or refused package will be charged a 15% restocking fee + all shipping cost on the customers account.

6. We are not responsible for shipping delay due to any situations beyond our control.

Returns

​

1. Customer wishing to return merchandise must include an invoice copy with only factory fault. within a week. 

​

2. Returns are accepted within 7 days from invoice date. Invoice must be present.

​

3. Any items that have manufacturing defect will be exchanged

​

4. Bonita Gold Inc.  reserves the right to refuse a return or charge a restock/repair fee if proper procedures are not followed.
